About us

Inles d.d. is a producer of builders’ joinery with many years of tradition. The company’s history dates back to 1948.
INLES is the biggest Slovenian producer and exporter of façade elements (windows, entrance doors) with over 75 years of tradition in wood treatment and several years of tradition in producing façade elements from other materials (vinyl, aluminium) and their various combinations (wood-aluminium, vinyl-aluminium).
The product range includes windows and doors from wood, vinyl and aluminium and windows in wood/aluminium or vinyl/aluminium combinations. It also produces window blinds (shutters, roller blinds) from all of the above materials.

Inles d.d. exports the majority of its products to Germany, Austria, Switzerland and other EU countries. Its products are also available on the markets of the U.S., Mexico, the former Yugoslav countries and Eastern Europe.
INLES has two subsidiary companies: LESCO and IP INLES d.o.o. and owns the brands ISARHOLZ and INLES.

Vision

The vision of INLES is successfully realised each year. It is clear, transparent and has remained fundamentally the same over the last few years. In the last 25 years, Inles has become a comprehensive provider of façade elements known for its wide product and implementation programme, the flexibility of its selection, high quality, reliability and the modern nature of its programmes from a market and development perspective. Its sales network spans over 20 countries of the world, with the key markets being Slovenia, Germany, Switzerland and Austria. The criteria for our vision’s realisation and confirmation are satisfied customers, increasing the number of customers, preserving or increasing our share on individual markets, business viability, long-term company growth and the satisfaction of employees and business partners.

History

the then landowner Anton Rudež of Ribnica built a sawmill under the name Ing. Anton & Marko Rudež, Wood Industry and Trade of Ribnica na Dolenjskem. This sawmill is one of the predecessors of today's INLES.

the Woodworking Industrial Company of Ribnica was founded, which produces different crates (and box sections). This year is considered the beginning of the establishment of the company INLES.

The production of wooden fancy goods, such as beech broom handles, sticks, and clothespins, began at this plant.

The first window was handcrafted in one of the later Inles plants in Dolenja vas.

The company started constructing a factory for interior doors, marking the first and decisive step toward the later full focus on building joinery. At that time, industrially manufactured doors were a novelty on the market.

Several plants merged under the common name INLES, Ribnica Wood Industry Combine, including LIP Ribnica, Smreka Loški Potok, Lesna galanterija Sodražica, Hrast Dolenja vas, Lesna industrija KGP Kočevje, and JELKA Podpreska. In the following years, INLES continued to change its organizational structure while consistently improving its production program.

A significant shift towards building joinery production began, including the manufacture of windows, interior doors, shutters, entrance, and garage doors.

Reflecting its focus on building joinery production, the company changed its name to INLES Building Joinery Industry Ribnica.

The Ribnica window factory started producing INOVAK thermal insulation windows.

A new KOMBIVAK window was introduced to the production program. The same year saw the opening of a newly built veneer warehouse (MELES), a new boiler room, and an expanded section of the central finished goods warehouse.

A project for the strategic development of complex computer processing was completed.

A modern sawmill and a bark storage hall were constructed.

A modern, for wooden windows was installed.

INLES was awarded the SQ quality mark for the INO – E wooden window program.

A modern electrostatically operated painting system was installed.

Marked the beginning of PVC window production at INLES.

INLES received the RAL German quality mark for wooden windows and was awarded the Quality Mark in Construction for the INO-68 wooden window.

On the occasion of INLES' 50th anniversary, a new PVC window production line was inaugurated.

Marked the start of aluminum/wood and aluminum windows and door production.

INLES received the RAL German quality mark for PVC windows and the Quality Mark in Construction for the INO – KF Corona system PVC window.

Expansion of the administrative building with a new showroom and sales salon.

A new wooden window production line was installed.

The company celebrates 75 years of operation.

Certifikat konzorcija pasivnih hiš

Inles je aktivni član Konzorcija pasivnih hiš, ki nadzoruje in preverja ustreznost komponent in izdelkov za potrebe pasivne gradnje.
Dva naša proizvoda ustrezata kriterijem tega konzorcija in sta pridobila oznako Certifikat konzorcija pasivna hiša.

Konzorcij pasivna hiša neformalno združenje institucij, podjetij in strokovnjakov iz prakse, ki s svojo dejavnostjo vzpodbujajo in omogočajo gradnjo pasivnih hiš (poraba energije za ogrevanje do 15 kWh/(m2a)) in zelo dobrih nizkoenergijskih hiš (poraba energije za ogrevanje od 15 kWh/(m2a) do 30 kWh/(m2a)). Ustanovljen je bil z namenom, da približa pasivno hišo končnim uporabnikom in investitorjem ter informiranjem o trenutnem stanju in ponudbi v Sloveniji. Konzorcij pasivna hiša deluje pod okriljem Fakultete za arhitekturo Univerze v Ljubljani.
