At INLES d.d., we respect the privacy of individuals and the protection of personal data. We will use personal data exclusively for the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy or the individual’s consent. We carefully protect personal data in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council and other regulations governing the protection of personal data.

The data controller of the collected personal data is INLES d.d., Kolodvorska 22, 1310 Ribnica. We process data in accordance with internal regulations.

3. Types of Personal Data, Legal Grounds, and Purposes of Processing
INLES d.d. collects and processes personal data in the following ways: on a legal basis, based on the individual’s consent, and on the basis of concluded contracts.

3.1. Consent
The individual can give consent for the processing of personal data for each specific purpose separately. The individual can revoke the consent at any time in writing by mail to the company’s address or by email to info@inles.si.

Based on consent for each specific purpose, the controller collects and processes the following personal data: first name and surname, email address, street, house number, postal code, city, and phone number.

3.2. Processing Based on Contract
The controller collects and processes personal data based on a contract or for carrying out activities prior to the conclusion of a contract in order to fulfill contractual obligations.

3.3. Processing Based on Law
INLES d.d. collects and processes personal data based on legal obligations applicable to the controller, for the following purposes: accounting records, invoicing, debt collection.

For the mentioned purposes, we collect and process the following personal data: first name, surname, address, bank details, tax number, EMŠO (personal identification number), email address, phone number.

4. Protection of Personal Data
The controller takes necessary measures and procedures to ensure the protection of personal data based on accepted internal regulations and in accordance with good data protection practices, either alone or in cooperation with contractual partners, in a manner that:

  • Protects premises, as well as the hardware and software used to process personal data;
  • Prevents unauthorized access to personal data during transmission, including transmission via telecommunications and networks;
  • Ensures effective archiving, destruction, deletion, or anonymization of personal data;
  • Allows tracking of when individual personal data was processed in any way and who processed them.

5. Data Retention Period
Personal data obtained based on consent will be retained until revoked. Personal data obtained based on a contract may be stored for up to 5 years after fulfilling the contractual obligations of both parties. In case of legal proceedings for collecting unpaid contractual obligations, personal data may be retained for up to 5 years after the conclusion of the legal process.

Personal data collected based on legitimate interests will be stored until the individual’s rights are exercised, or as long as there is a purpose for which they were originally collected.

6. Rights of the Individual

  • Right of Access: The right to request information from the controller on whether personal data is being processed and, if so, access to them.
  • Right to Rectification: The right to request the correction or completion of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
  • Right to Erasure: The right to request the immediate erasure of collected personal data.
  • Right to Restrict Processing: The right to request the controller to restrict the processing of personal data for specific purposes.
  • Right to Lodge a Complaint: The individual whose personal data is being processed may lodge a complaint about the processing of their personal data directly with the relevant supervisory authority, i.e., the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia.

7. Disclosure of Personal Data
INLES d.d. does not disclose collected personal data to third parties, countries, or international organizations.

8. Exercising Rights
The individual can exercise their rights regarding the protection of personal data in writing by mail to INLES d.d., Kolodvorska 22, 1310 Ribnica, or by email to info@inles.si.
