GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF OPERATION IN THE Inles ONLINE STORE

These General Terms and Conditions apply to any user (hereinafter referred to as “User”) who visits or uses the Inles website, which at the time of acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions is accessible at the Inles website (hereinafter referred to as “Website”) and which is operated by INLES PROIZVODNJA, TRŽŽENJE IN INŽŽENIRING D.D., Kolodvorska ulica 22 (hereinafter referred to as “Provider”).
These General Terms and Conditions apply to the entire website. In addition to these General Terms and Conditions, specific terms and conditions or legal notices may apply to specific parts of the Website, subpages or to specific users. By using the Website, the User acknowledges that he accepts these General Terms and Conditions and agrees to all their provisions and that he is aware of the Personal Data Protection and Privacy Policy. These General Terms and Conditions may be amended or modified at any time without prior notice or notification. By using the Website under the amended terms and conditions, the User confirms that he/she accepts the changes.

Use of the website
The User undertakes to use the Website in a lawful and customary manner, in accordance with the purpose of the Website.

If the user uses the website in violation of the previous paragraph, the provider may temporarily or permanently (depending on the severity of the violation) block the user’s access to the portal.

No contract or contractual relationship shall be formed between the user and the provider as a result of the use of the website. The User shall have no other obligations as a result of the use of the Website other than those set out in these Terms and Conditions.

The Provider reserves the right to restrict access to the Portal, certain parts of the Portal or individual functionalities on the Portal at any time (e.g. only for registered users or subscribers) or to make access to the Portal subject to the fulfilment of certain conditions.

Product Presentation and Data Accuracy
The product images in the online store or anywhere on the website are symbolic and do not guarantee their characteristics. The provider reserves the right to minor discrepancies between descriptions and the actual properties of the products. The provider is not bound by the product description or the published price if the description or price results from an input error or if an incorrect description or price occurs without the provider’s intent.

The provider will strive to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the data presented online. However, product characteristics, delivery times, and prices may change, meaning there is a minimal possibility that the provider may not update the website information simultaneously with the changes. In such cases, the customer will be informed of the changes and given the option to cancel the order or replace the ordered product.

Product Prices and Delivery Costs
All published product prices in the online store include value-added tax (VAT) at the applicable rate unless explicitly stated otherwise.

The product prices on the Inles website are valid at the time of order placement and remain in effect until a new price list is published. Prices are valid only for purchases made through the Inles online store.

The prices of products published in the online store do not include delivery costs. Delivery costs are charged separately according to the applicable price list, including packaging material costs.

Delivery costs for international orders are charged according to the valid international price list.

Payment Methods
The user can pay for purchased products using the following methods:

– Prepayment: The user must pay the invoice within three (3) business days to the provider’s transaction account. The buyer receives a proforma invoice with all necessary payment details via email, which they provided when placing the order in the Inles online store. The provider will dispatch the ordered products according to the delivery conditions specified in the proforma invoice or offer.

– Cash on Delivery: The buyer pays the postage fee and the product’s value in cash to the delivery service employee upon receipt of the goods.
Shipping costs apply to domestic deliveries within Slovenia.

– Cash Payment upon Personal Pickup: Available only by prior arrangement.

Order Confirmation
After placing an order in the Inles online store, the user receives an email notification confirming that the order has been received. The notification includes details of the selected products and quantities, along with the shipping cost if applicable. Accepted orders are considered final and will be processed accordingly.
If the user wishes to cancel the order, they must notify us within six (6) hours via email at info@inles.si.

The Inles online store reserves the right to reject any order that cannot be fulfilled under the stated conditions and available information. If the user has already made a prepayment, the provider will refund the full amount, including delivery costs, within eight (8) days.

Delivery of Ordered Products
The provider ships orders via a designated courier service.
Orders are dispatched daily, except on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Typically, products ordered through the Inles online store are delivered to the user within 1-3 business days, provided they are in stock.
If products are out of stock, the provider will notify the customer via email regarding the estimated delivery date.

In the provider’s absence, they commit to delivering the ordered products to the user no later than 45 days after order confirmation via email. The provider is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, whether external or within the provider’s domain.

Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
Consumers who enter into a distance contract in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act have the right to withdraw from the contract within fifteen (15) days of receiving the goods by notifying us via email at info@inles.si, without the need to provide a reason.
Returning the received order within the withdrawal period (15 days) is considered a valid withdrawal notice. If the buyer withdraws by email, they must return the goods within 30 days of the notification. The provider will refund the payment for the returned goods to the buyer’s bank account within three (3) days of receiving the returned items.
If the buyer has started using the product before withdrawing from the purchase, they lose the right to withdrawal. Additionally, the returned goods must be undamaged and in their original quantity. The buyer covers the return shipping costs.

If the order is placed by a legal entity or an individual conducting a business activity—regardless of legal organizational form or ownership—or if the purchase was not made under a distance contract, the previous paragraph does not apply. In such cases, return claims will be handled individually, considering all relevant circumstances.

Claims and Complaints
If the buyer receives a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, they must immediately or as soon as possible file a complaint by notifying the provider in writing at INLES PROIZVODNJA, TRŽENJE IN INŽENIRING D.D., Kolodvorska ulica 22, or via email at info@inles.si The provider must replace the product or issue a refund as soon as possible. The provider covers the costs of complaints and return shipping.

Disclaimer
The provider does not guarantee that all content published on the website is accurate, complete, or correct and is not liable for any damages incurred by the user relying on the published content. Under no circumstances should the website content be considered a legally binding offer.

The provider does not guarantee the website’s functionality or availability and is not responsible for damages caused by inaccessibility or malfunction.

Final Provisions
These general terms and conditions form an integral part of the contract between the provider and the user. The contract is concluded in the Slovenian language. The provider does not store the contract.

If any provision of these general terms is deemed invalid, the rest remain in effect. The invalid provision will be considered non-existent, and the remaining terms will continue to apply.

Legal relations between the user and the provider are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent court in Ljubljana.

These general terms and conditions have been in effect since February 5, 2021. The provider reserves the right to amend them.
