INLES SETS NEW STANDARDS IN PLASTIC WINDOW MANUFACTURING THROUGH TECHNOLOGICAL MODERNIZATION

In 2025, INLES is launching its third comprehensive technological upgrade of plastic window production, aiming to raise quality and productivity to the highest level. The investment project began in 2022, but due to high demand for advanced URBAN technology from Germany, delivery took nearly three years. In collaboration with strategic partner Schüco, the most advanced technology available on the market was selected.
Advanced Technology for Superior Precision and Quality
The core of the investment consists of two innovative technological solutions:
• A CNC line for automated fitting assembly with fully automated logistics.
• A CNC-controlled processing line with an integrated welding unit.
A new CNC-controlled processing line with a combined welding unit from the German manufacturer Urban.
The first of these lines was successfully installed in November 2024, and the second began trial operations in March 2025, with full-capacity production scheduled from April onward. The complexity of the new technology is illustrated by the fact that the welding and cleaning line arrived disassembled in three large trucks.
With this production upgrade, INLES achieves higher productivity, improved automation, digitalization, and an even greater level of product quality.
Exclusive Design and Technical Innovation
In addition to its technological advancements, INLES is the first and currently the only manufacturer in Slovenia to introduce a “zero joint” welding system for coloured windows. This method creates an entirely invisible connection at corner joints, replacing previous, less aesthetic solutions that required corrective markers. Moreover, the new technology ensures optimal quality of welded gasket joints at all window corners.

The advanced technology also enables processing of integrated cover aluminium, significantly improving and simplifying the production of plastic-aluminium windows. This segment is becoming a key part of INLES’s offering, as such windows are extremely popular abroad due to their quality, aesthetic appeal, and affordability.
